1. Perishable Goods:
Due to the nature of our products, which are primarily perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer. This is to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all consumers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive an order with damaged packaging that has clearly affected the product inside, or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your order with the following information:

- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or the incorrect items received
- A brief description of the issue
Upon review of your claim, Bigman Foods may, at its discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We may arrange for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect items to be sent to you (subject to availability).
- Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund for the affected portion of your order may be offered.
3. Quality Concerns:
If you have concerns about the quality of a Bigman Foods product you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and a detailed description of the quality issue
- Information about storage conditions after receiving the product
We take quality concerns seriously and will investigate each case thoroughly. Resolution, such as a potential replacement or a goodwill gesture, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- Modifications: Once an order has been processed and is ready for shipment/pickup, we may not be able to accommodate modifications. Please double-check your order carefully before confirming.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
